Leasing Consultant/Manager in Training
We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant/Manager in Training in the Morrisville/Cary area!

Candidates for this position should have 2-3 years experience in property management, retail, sales, management or hospitality industries.
-Support the leasing team with community operations
-Communicate regularly with the Property Manager to address individual issues and to ensure everything is on track to meet community goals
-Effectively marketing and selling the apartment community to clients
-Provide high quality customer service to our residents
-Utilize computer programs and property knowledge to perform daily tasks such as leasing apartment homes, preparing correspondence/reporting and providing excellent service to clients, vendors and residents
