He enjoyed the role so much that he wanted to help others find the same fulfillment—which led him to join the Recruiting Team in 2021. Helping people grow, including himself, is a lifelong passion for Taylor. He’s dedicated to serving others and brings genuine enthusiasm to everything he does.
