Melissa Kipphut
Melissa has been with Weinstein Properties since 2008. She started as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager the following year. Over the years, she managed several communities before stepping into the role of Recruiting Manager in 2016. In 2017, she transitioned into the position of Assistant Director of HR Recruiting, and later advanced to her current role as Director of Recruiting & Retention. Melissa is passionate about helping people find careers they love in Property Management—and especially with Weinstein Properties. She enjoys being part of the journey as new team members come on board and find their place to shine. When she’s not working, Melissa loves spending time with her family and doing just about anything outdoors—off-roading, kayaking, hanging out in a hammock, or going for a hike.
George Duvlaris
George joined Weinstein Properties in 2012. Before joining the Recruiting Team, he served as a Maintenance Supervisor at several of our communities in both Richmond, VA, and Durham, NC. In 2017, he became a Recruiter and later advanced to his current role as Assistant Director of Recruiting. George is passionate about connecting with people and draws on his extensive experience as a technician, leader, and team builder to identify and attract top talent to Weinstein Properties. Outside of work, George enjoys taking road trips with his family and has traveled extensively along the East Coast, from Maine to Florida. He also has a strong interest in hands-on problem solving and enjoys the challenge of fixing things in his spare time.
Ali Marrow
Ali joined the Weinstein Properties family in 2017 as a Leasing Consultant in Richmond, VA. In 2018, she transitioned into a Property Accountant role, where she gained valuable experience and learned a whole new side of the business. In 2020, Ali found her passion on the Recruiting Team—she loves being able to connect with amazing people and help them discover career opportunities at Weinstein Properties. She especially enjoys talking with candidates across the U.S. and sharing why Weinstein Properties is such a great place to work. Ali is always looking to grow, learn, and take on new challenges—and at WP, she believes the opportunities are endless! When she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find Ali traveling, cooking up something tasty for friends, getting lost in a good book, or lifting weights at the gym.
Taylor Brown
Taylor joined Weinstein Properties in 2020 as an Assistant Property Manager in Raleigh, NC. He enjoyed the role so much that he wanted to help others find the same fulfillment—which led him to join the Recruiting Team in 2021. Helping people grow, including himself, is a lifelong passion for Taylor. He’s dedicated to serving others and brings genuine enthusiasm to everything he does. His commitment to Weinstein Properties’ core values makes him a natural at connecting great people with the right opportunities. When not at work, you’ll probably catch Taylor strumming along to his favorite tunes—or tuning in to watch his favorite icons in professional wrestling.
Ryan Wooten
Ryan joined Weinstein Properties in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant and was one of the first team members to help us grow in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Over the years, he’s worked at several of our DFW properties as we’ve continued expanding. Ryan’s passion for getting to know people made recruiting a natural fit for him. After nearly four years working onsite, he knew it was time to transition into a recruiting role where he could help find individuals who will love Weinstein Properties as much as he does. A Texas native, Ryan enjoys watching professional wrestling, traveling, and is a self-proclaimed car enthusiast.
Terie Criss
Terie began her career with Weinstein Properties in 2022 as a Resident Service Representative before transitioning into her current role as a recruiter. Her genuine passion for helping others is evident in both her professional and personal life. Terie thrives on connecting with people, and her natural curiosity about others makes recruiting a perfect fit. She takes great satisfaction in matching individuals with opportunities that will allow them to grow and succeed. Outside of work, Terie channels her creativity into crafting unique furniture and artwork, always looking for new ways to express her artistic side.
